Trying to "think" your way through deep-seated trauma, creative blockages, or the paralyzing pressure of public speaking is like fighting fire with fire—it only adds more heat to an already overwhelmed system. Hypnotherapy allows us to approach these high-performance hurdles from a completely different vantage point altogether, serving as the water that puts out the fire.
I learned firsthand that real change requires this shift in element. I dove into the depths of my subconscious, using the fluid tools of hypnotherapy, somatic release, and biohacking to submerge old scripts and wash away the distortions that trauma—big and small—creates in our daily reality. By addressing the body and the mind as a single, flowing system, I help you dismantle these blockages through intentional narrative design.
The Alchemy of Recovery
My methodology was born from necessity. Years ago, my own health was in a state of total systemic collapse. I struggled with a rare vocal disorder that made speaking physically painful, alongside crippling depression, daily panic attacks, chronic night terrors, and sleepwalking. I was also navigating substance abuse, painful digestive issues, and a corrosive sense of low self-esteem that colored every interaction. While studying at the Savannah College of Art and Design, I was a high-achiever on paper—graduating with a 4.0 GPA and consistently winning Best Actor accolades throughout high school, undergrad, and grad school.
But there was a dark irony to my success: I was better at being my characters than being myself. I could command an audience of 300 with ease, yet a one-on-one conversation filled me with paralyzing anxiety. The intensity of "method acting" exacerbated my condition; being typecast as villainous characters began to take a visceral toll on my psyche.
The turning point came the moment I finished grad school. I realized a fundamental truth: if my health could deteriorate by "method acting" villainous roles and rehearsing trauma, I could intentionally rehearse the healthiest, most joyous version of myself. I decided to put this theory into radical action. I embarked on a nomadic healing journey to bridge the gap between that realization and my physical reality. This path became a global exploration into the dynamics of human change—from studying traditional plant medicine in Ecuador to living at the immersive Sivananda Yoga Ashram in the Bahamas. By treating my transformation as a rigorous creative practice, I didn’t just heal—I became a person who is genuinely in love with life.
The Writer’s Edge: Walking the Walk
I am a creative who works specifically for creatives, high-performers and those who are ready to leave the story of the past where it belongs- in the past. As an active screenwriter and professional editor/ghostwriter, I don’t just facilitate sessions; I apply the same creative intuition and practical structuring I use in my feature-length scripts to the hypnotic experiences I design. This is what makes my specialized Frameworks unique. Every protocol I offer is a transformation I have actively walked through myself, scripted with the precision of a writer and the somatic awareness of a seasoned performer.
I have spent hundreds of hours in the trenches of my own physiology, using EEG and HRV biofeedback to become highly adept at emotional regulation and nervous system repair. I bring this personal practice to my work as a voice coach, fitness/wellness consultant, and breathwork facilitator to help you rewrite your internal script and physically inhabit your strength. Outside of my practice, I remain deeply immersed in the creative process—actively writing feature-length screenplays and performing as one half of a sketch comedy duo—continuously proofing the very tools of presence and expression that I share with my clients.
A Sanctuary for Authenticity
By utilizing an audio-only format, I remove the "observer effect," allowing you to turn inward and resolve past trauma loops without the pressure of performance.
